Welcome to Briercliffe Primary School

Thank you very much for taking the time to visit our website, we hope that it gives you all the information that you are looking for.

Our website aims to give you an insight into the life of our school. You will find examples of some of the varied and exciting experiences enjoyed by our children, as well as up-to-date information for parents and anyone wishing to find out more about our school.

At Briercliffe Primary, our motto is: “In work and play, only our best.”

This is reflected not only in the children’s positive attitudes to learning and behaviour, but also in the commitment of every member of staff to do their very best for every child in our school – both in terms of their learning and their personal development and well-being.

Our school prides itself on the warm, happy, caring environment for learning created by the staff and the children. We are strongly committed to nurturing each and every child and to supporting and challenging them to achieve their best. We aim to work in close partnership with parents too in order to ensure the best outcomes for all children.

If you need any further information please do not hesitate to contact us. If you would prefer a paper copy of any of the policies / key information included on this website, these are available through the school office free of charge. Visits to the school to find out more about us are warmly welcomed.
